Adevious ("Adevious", "we", "us") builds software products and services, including NxDlvry, a delivery management platform. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, and password when you create an account with one of our products.
- Business data — information our customers enter into our products in the course of using them (for example, delivery orders, addresses, and recipient contact details entered by a delivery business using NxDlvry).
- Contact information — name, email, and phone number when you contact us or when a business you order from provides it to deliver services to you.
- Usage data — standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure our services.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve our products and services.
- To send service communications, such as delivery status notifications requested through our products.
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.
- To comply with legal obligations.
SMS/text messaging
Some of our products send SMS text messages — for example, NxDlvry sends delivery tracking links and delivery status updates to customers of delivery businesses that use the platform, with the recipient's consent collected at order time. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms of Service for full program terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our services (such as hosting, email, and SMS delivery providers), when required by law, or with your direction or consent. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, as stated above.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
Your choices
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
